This Privacy Policy describes how Nestly LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application "Imaginest AI" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
a. Image and Face Data:
To perform the face swap feature, you must upload an image containing a face. We use third-party AI technology to detect facial features and geometry.
- Purpose: The sole purpose of collecting this data is to generate the "face swap" result you requested.
- Storage: Your original photos and the generated results are processed temporarily on cloud servers managed by our AI partners (Piapi.ai) and Google Firebase. We do not use this data to identify any individual, nor do we use it for authentication or advertising purposes.
- Retention: Source images and generated results are automatically deleted from the processing servers shortly after generation. We may cache results within the App on your device for your convenience (History feature).
b. User Account Data:
If you sign in, we collect your User ID (generated by Apple or Google) to sync your coin balance and subscription status across devices via Google Firebase.
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Google Firebase: For authentication, database (storing coin balance), and analytics.
- Piapi.ai: As our AI generation provider. Images are sent securely to their API for processing.
- Apple StoreKit: For processing payments and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission happens over secure HTTPS channels.
4. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data (including coin balance and history) directly within the App by going to Settings > Delete Account.
